Can't download on free service. Too many letters requested in the CAPTCHA input and not enough spaces. Help!

It's easy; more than likely, it will say "Input the four characters with the CAT (the little animals around the letters are usually dogs and cats) on it" or something like that. Do that left to right as always.
Then it should work...
