I was hesitant to post this, because some people might be offended. So let me just say the following; I am in no way encouraging anyone to tickle a stranger's foot. It's at best, inappropriate, at worst, a violation and harassment.

Yeah it won't let me see the video. Im not downloading TikTok and creating an account to see this. I dont mind watching the video or that you posted it here. Im not offended. You didnt do anything wrong. You just found content.

I would strongly advise though that people don't go around tickling and touching random strangers, assuming thar really is the case here. It is 100% sexual harassment/assault and highly inappropriate. It may be a joke video, but if someone complained to the police, the tickler could very well be fined and/or arrested. Don't be one of the jacka**es that does this in public and makes our community look any worse than it already does.
