Hi. I'm 31 y/o guy and I'm extremely ticklish around my torso too. I'm a ler's dream but I've never tickled before. We could maybe one day have a bit or a challenge of who can break the other one first hehe. I'm usually surrendering by a couple of minutes, a quivering wreck by ten minutes so usually a good hour and you've broken me.

I'm safe and always up for using safe words if required. I'm also discrete and always ask to meet my ler before letting him tie me up.
