I ordered a video back towards the end of 2001. The video came very late, for obvious reasons with Holidays and anthrax. MTP stayed in touch with me the entire time and apologized for the delay. I even got a note apologizing when the video finally came.
I was clearing through some papers about a week ago when I came across the apology note from December. I then took the time to fully read it, realizing that there was an offer for a free video for the inconvenience of the previous wait. In 7 days, no postage billed to me, I recieved Alexis & Ariana's first time. Let's hope it's not their LAST time.
There have been recent threads based on low video sales and the lack of money that flows through the Tickle Vid business. The thing that will keep some producers afloat while others fail is Outstanding Customer Service, just as I recieved in my recent transaction.
This video is one of the best I've seen, especially the double torture at the end, and I recieved it free of charge.

product..reasonable prices..fast delivery...can't ask for anything more!

great customer service

You know, I make a lot of critiques of videos, yet I give them in the hopes that the companies will make more money. I want them to suceed, because when they do, the prices go down and the videos get better, and then WE succeed. (It will take a long time for the prices to come down, I realize that, so don't worry about me impatiently drumming my fingers.)

However, I have never said anything bad about customer service, except for like StacysPlace.com, but other people complained also. I have had GREAT customer service from these guys! I ordered one Magic Touch Video, it came in a few days, and was great. I've ordered several RealTickling ones, and they all came on time, except once I got a blank tape. I emailed them and they quickly sent me a new one with the movie, shipping all paid. I've even had great customer service from FM, but they're more professional than personal. Harmony is good also, they will send you free mini-catalogs of their stuff.

So, all in all, on the customer service front, giving my honest critique, they get an A+. In fact, I haven't read anywhere that someone had a bad experience yet with the companies that frequent this forum. Good job guys!

hell yeah man..the customer service that Jeff shows is simply amazing. Ive ordered a few videos from him..(one of which is alexis and ariana's first time😀 ) and the videos came prompt, and everyting was takin care of. good work bro, keep it up

Magic Touch is the BEST company on the globe, bar none! No-one can beat Jeff for customer service, quality of product, the way he treats his models, et al......... There are some sites that sell cheaper videos, but they tend to be of inferior quality and the video isn't the greatest either. MTouch rules.
