It's that Popeye cartoon from the 60s where Bluto was renamed Brutus over copyright issues. Not a very popular show, but great scene. Olive sure gets it a lot 🙂

Olive Oyl probably the most ticklish cartoon 'lee of all time. But yeah I also preferred the older black & white classic to the watered down colored version of the 60's.
I used to love in the original series when Popeye would always walk around, uttering wisecracks under his breath, pausing occasionally for a "WELL BLOW ME DOWN!"

Yeah Olive had the best ever foot-tickle torture scenes in those old cartoons. Another reason to prefer them over the 60s TV show.
