I found this at Celeb Dream feet- a woman, Anna Oxa, she's a singer I think, holds her foot up for some guy and he inspects the--- hell I can't explain it right now-- anyway, he ends up touching the top of her foot a little bit and there's a delayed reaction but she does laugh and wiggle her foot around after he does it
