It appears to be a feature on tickling parties by an Italian media company. It includes a playful Eyes Wide Shut-style theme, with two beautiful ladies getting themselves into some very delicious trouble. I do love some Italian.

I don't think it exists. The last time the producer mentioned it was a few days after the segment was shot, telling people to stop bugging him and he'd get to it soon. I think that was 13 years ago. There's no way he'd pass up the publicity he'd get from releasing it, if he could. So either it turned out he didn't have any more usable footage (the Swedish TV company would have had the official raw footage, and he wouldn't have access to that), or it turned out he didn't have the rights to release anything not cleared by the Swedish company.

Either way, I don't think there's anything out there to surface.

Exactly. Even if Darke had more footage on his own cameras, it would have been taken while the Swedish crew was filming, as part of their setup. They and Gramer would have to give permission for any additional footage to be released - if there even is any. I don't think Darke said he had footage, only that he might.
