This is from the TV drama "Profiler". I'm pretty sure it's in "Venom, part 2", the first season finale. FBI Agent John Grant (Julian McMahon ("Charmed", "Nip/Tuck")) is in bed with Angel Brown (Erica Gimpel), rubbing her feet. She is trying to find out how serious he is about their relationship and she makes some smart alecky remark. He switches from rubbing to tickling and she shrieks with laughter. The scene is very brief but still watchable. TIA.
