That's from her blog, didn't save the adress... As you can see in the background it's Christmas (season decoration and probably a part of a Christmass tree) and it's a family gathering. I confess I didn't read the entire blog entry, maybe it's explained exactly who is who, but this is a bunch of her cousins/brothers. If you look closely you clearly see a family resemblance. She probably had a hard time when they all were kids and the boys ganged on their pretty, ticklish sis...
