mainstream movie with a tickling theme

If you could pitch to a movie producer a mainstream theatrical release of a movie that would be accepted as a mainstream movie but happened to have either a lot of tickling in it or tickling be a major part of it. Example : a live action TMNT with Don Turtelli tickle torturing people. etc...what would you pitch?

From my perspective (I will turn 60 this month), 38- to 42-year old former sorority members might be quite attractive as 'lers and 'lees. 😀
