Both links are the same clip but the first one is the original that was posted on Tiktok and the second one is from Instagram. The Tiktok caption says that that nail saloon owner had permission from the guy to post it.
The public loves it and it has been trending on various social media. If this is against the rules to post though, I'll delete it.
