A long time ago, someone was asking about a mainstream scene in a cable anthology program in which a creepy French nobleman (are there any other kind?) tickled a blonde serving girl's bare foot.
I know where it came from now, and I think it's available on tape. The series is called "Secrets of Love," and it featured cheesy adaptations of classic erotic fiction. This episode was called "The Pupil," and I think it's on video on "Secrets of Love Volume 4." No endorsement of quality, but I do remember it being mildly cool, and the girl is very pretty. Just helping out.
