Making a bondage table?

I want to make a table to tickle my gf on, she loves tickling and really wants to try and make a bondage table like the ones in the "real tickling" videos and such.

It looks like a thin board with slits and straps of some sort, but I am not sure, and if there is a better way to achieve this I'd love to hear!

Give me some ideas!
