I've been into tickling for most of my life but with little to no money then I was kinda up to only practicing with girlfriends now that I’ve got a big place to work with I’ve been putting together ideas for the start of my own tickling site and I was hoping to get some input from people mostly the ones running sites already.

A few questions regarding how to get started

How or where do you advertise for models?

Are there any forms of contracts you can show me to get started?

Do I need to register this as a business if I’m going be selling clips on the internet?

How do I insure trust in this operation morally regarding bondage and safe words?

What rates do you pay your models either per Hour or by the session and what are the best ways to negotiate them?

As clip making goes whets the best software to use?

Get in touch with me IM or here on the forum and I will IM you with any info

1) There are numerous sites, agencies, et cetera, that will let you hire models. Adult-oriented or otherwise. Off the top of my head, I can think of glamourmodels.com as a decent place to start looking, though it's going to help to have something to show first!

2) Nope. Someone else might.

3) It's a given that you'll need to be registered as a business for tax purposes. Speak to your local Chamber of Commerce or Business Development Bureau or whatever the equivalent is if you're not in the US about how to do it.

4) Talk to your performer. Each person has different limits ya know. Some may not feel that they need safe-words while others will need to be in complete control over what's going on.

5) They'll tell you their rates. Never, ever act like they're overpriced. If you think that they are, be polite with an "I'll get in touch with you and let you know." If you come across as hostile about their rates, you better believe that they'll tell their friends!

6) There's no apps for "making clips." It's full-on video-editing software or nothing. Professional video apps include things like Adobe Premiere and Apple Final Cut Express in the mid-range to Avid and Final Cut Studio on the high end. On the lower end of the spectrum are apps like Windows Live Movie Maker on Windows, iMovie for Mac and iPad, and any number of free or cheap apps but I would not ever suggest that you edit something that you intend to sell with things like that.

You're also going to need a quality camera, lights, sets, proper tools. That doesn't mean filming it with your phone and tilting the lampshade toward the La-Z-Boy while using a birdfeather you found in the backyard. Hell, maybe even pay a decent scriptwriter if you want to do story-oriented porno. Be prepared to see something in the area of $15,000 to $20,000 as the cost of getting properly started.

ok there is a start to all that and i think the most pirce i'll be going for is materials to make the equipment for this. I wanna start with an X frame and bondage table and as for the tools a good Digital camera should go ok and i know most of the clip makers can't possibly be using sound equipment.
I don't use a mac so adoby video editor should be goon enough for me.

if anyone else has info lay it on me

:iagree:

What innerjamie says is very accurate.

If you really want to be successful and not just the same run-of-the-mill garbage labled as tickling that's currently loading up the Tk world.. then let me add this advice:

- Be ORIGINAL. Create new ideas..devices...bondage. I've always done this to great success. No one out there does anything original-they're still copying stuff thats been done for 35 years- and doing it badly.

- Know your bondage, or get someone to do it for you that has the expertise (NOT ticklers- they don't know their ass from a hole in the ground about bondage or scene creation).

-Forget X frames and wobbly stocks, and the usual stuff- it's been done to death (and lately always badly). None of this lazboy recliner type bondage. Or boring hogties, bad acting, and f/f silliness with those same goofy smiles on their faces. Do good, tight, original bondage and you'll sweep the competition.

-Avoid using models. It never works and is always lame. Look at all the material out there today.. they all use models, and they stink. They're not real.. laughter is faked... they have too many limitations.. and are clearly there for the $$$.

Keep it real and the clips will sell like hotcakes.

I hope you create something no one else has ever seen or done and make a mint!

ok these are some good tips, i can see the not using models i was just looking for girls to start but i can't see trying to script it like laughing gas cuz those skits really throw me off of what i really want to see, girls tickling or being tickled. For me seeing different girls as long as i like them and the bondage they're in i'll probally buy the clips, thats why i love devices like the silver master (Czech) the humbler (tickle abuse) wiping post (viper productions) or any bondage using tables and racks.
Real tickling did the best skit but i would love to just start out tickling girls and find out if there are many around me with the same fetish that would love the release.

There are plenty of people who would, obviously. That's how so many poor-quality producers stay in business. Listen to Kuj though, he knows his craft. If you want success, do what they won't do: Put time and care into it.
