the hollywood brother was wondering if anyone hear on this grand tickle theatre has ever used the Mame Rom or any type of Rom to run old arcade games? If you have used it then how did you like it and is it windows 7 or windows xp compatable?
 
My boyfriend, and a couple of our friends - use it. I used to, but I have not tried it on my current PC, though I'm sure it would work fine (Vista). We both agree that it's mostly accurate in emulating arcade games. However for legal reasons, I'm not gonna tell anybody how to get MAME ROMs. :stickout

That said, I heard there was this website on the cutting edge of video game emulation on the internet. I forget what it's called. 😉
 
Used to use Mame on a previous computer- it was awesome! I started compiling ambient video-arcade background noise clips to listen to while playing Mame...

I believe ThinkGeek catalog has a handheld device for playing Mame emulators...
