"Man On Fire"

I just came home from seeing the movie "Man On Fire" starring Denzel Washington. I thought it was a great movie. While somewhat violent, I truly enjoyed the story, and Denzel's performance. He is a wonderful actor. For forum members who haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it, if you can stand a bit of violence in a movie.

Yes! I caught it and enjoyed it immensely, Mitchell. I knew next to nothing about it walking into the theatre, and was blown away. Denzel was excellent, the little girl, Dakota Fanning is a name to watch out for, and everyone else involved did a terrific job. I thought the critics were a bit harsh on it, and hope that more people will catch it on video and decide for themselves.

I haven't seen it yet but have been a VERY respectful fan of Denzel since his amazing performance in "Philadelphia" with Tom Hanks. He is not only a beautiful specimen but an amazing gentleman, an incredibly convincing actor and I think, a little bit under-rated IMHO...
