In Mandy Moore's newest video "Crush," she gets out of bed and sees her crush sleeping. There are many scenes of her trying to wake the guy up. In the second one she was had his foot then put it down. This could be tickling or not. I'm not sure. However, if it is tickling, it's a big tease to all of us wanting to see Mandy Moore tickled. BTW, she does show her bare feet in this video.

My opinion? Not a tickle. Just drops the foot like its dead weight cause he's passed out cold. Would have been nice though!

I agree, not tickling. Though it looked like that was what she had on her mind.
 
I wonder when that new movie comes out -- the one where reportedly she has her toes sucked.
