Can anyone tell me what anime this is? I saw this anime in HK like 8 years ago, but I don't know its name(i even forgot the chinese name)however, I do remember there are some nice ticking scenes in it.

The name of this anime is Magical_Taruruuto-kun. I had seen some tickling scenes in this anime when I watched TV. For manga, I only saw the tickling scene I posted. I think that manga should have some tickling scenes in other chapters.

Well I'm sure someone has picked it up, and then we can see some fun tickling scenes. Pretty much every anime was apparently licensed by some various U.S. companies.
