Marauder.URL

Can someone explain to me why an Icon appeared on my desktop saying "Marauder" ?

The icon is a shortcut to a file "Marauder.URL" which contained these lines...

It sounds like you accidently dragged a url to your desktop, or rightclicked and downloaded it as a shortcut. That would produce exactly that result on a Mac. Perhaps its the same for a PC system.
