I just thought I would inform Yall that the beautiful Margot Robbie (the hottie playing Harley Quinn and the duchess from Wolf of Wallstreet.) has been casted as Jane in the new Tarzan movie... So we can all expect some real foot tickling from her when that movie comes out! She's literally beautiful
 
Is that tickle thing really a "famous" Tarzan scene or just a one off joke from the cartoon?

At any rate, it would be rad if they did do it.

Or it could just be an obsessive disorder in hopes of sitting through a two hour movie for 5 seconds of beatnik glory.
 
It was also in the 1950s version with Denny Miller as Tarzan.

Also, why are they doing a new Tarzan?
 
Unfortunately in the upcoming movie, Tarzan is going back to the jungle after already living in a real society. So I doubt we'll see this scene because he's already learned about humans and interacted with people.

However, we can still hope for some good scenes of Margot barefoot at least.
 
Sorry to be the buzzkill, but looking at the trailer I doubt this will happen. Looks like in this one Tarzan is already a "domesticated man" who returns to the jungle and presumably back to his roots. The tickling scene is really the first time Tarzan sees a woman, and it showcases the curiosity he has about Jane. There's no need for that scene in this movie, where Tarzan is already married and knows who and what Jane is.

Maybe they shoehorn it in somewhere else as a tribute to previous films. Not holding my breath on that, though. Too bad.

Hmmm ... then perhaps in this movie , there'll be a scene where , in an attempt to reacquaint himself to jungle life & its inhabitants , a domesticated Tarzan curiously 'plays' w/a female ape's foot & then ... FINALLY ... we will get that hot gorilla foot-tickling scene that we've all been clamoring for!!! :fingerscrossed:

Now THAT'S funny!!!!!

(there are tickle scenes in three Tarzan movies....there are NOT tickle scenes in about fifty other Tarzan movies so I'm not sure it's a given that just because they're making a new one, that will be in it.) (and, one of those three scenes Jane gets tickled under her arm, so....what happens if THAT'S the scene they remake, will you be disappointed?)
