In the game, once you get hand powers, when Mario gets filled with water, you can have Luigi tickle him and make him do a spit take.
Also, there are NPC characters called.......I don't remember. It was either squid or jellyfish sisters. But, they are massagers and tickle therepists. They teach Mario and Luigi hand power techniques and call them tickle experts when they master them. It looks more like it hurts than it tickles to me, but still. Figured it would be worth mentioning. I dunno if there's any further tickles. That's as far as I've gotten. More news as it progresses.
