I've always thought Martha Plimpton was so cute. One of her friends suggested that they do fish pedicures, and she said "I did that in India. It's a scam but it tickles, so it's okay."

She was tickled 2 or 3 times in Raising Hope and seemed ticklish. Also in Q & A session with Shannon Woodward from the show the question was asked to Shannon who said she was extremely ticklish all over and hated it. Martha said I know what you mean, so it seems she's really ticklish. Great pic BTW.
