I don't recognize most of them, but oddly enough, the ones I do recognize are often barefoot: She Hulk, Tigra, Mantis, Gypsy, Dolphin. And two or three of the others look like jungle girl archetypes, so I'm guessing most (if not all) of these are barefoot.

Though she's mostly barefooted with the ends of her suit covering her ankles and reaching down between her toes, but still keeping her toes & soles bare. 😀
