There is a series on NetFlix at the moment called The Returned and near the beginning of episode 2 Mary Elizabeth Winstead is rib tickled by her fiancé. Cute scene, worth a look for anyone.
 
It's running on A&E now too. I haven't watched it yet but I saw the french version and it was awesome. This is another good reason to watch it.
 
Is this the scene where they were in bed (she was in a grey shirt) and the boyfriend Simon says "I have ways" and she says "don't you dare" and she says she's pregnant?
