Session upcoming this Monday and we are using a foldable massage table per the less choice. What is the best way to achieve proper immobility restraint wise while being safe? We are both novice with this particular setup.
 
When using a massage table recreationally, I've found wrapping a sheet around the legs and another around the arms, with enough slack to rest the head on, is very effective.
