I just saw the Movie Matchstick Men with Nicolas Cage and In a Scene where him and his daughter are bowling he gives her a quick rib tickle. She was the actress Alison Lohman she was born in 1979. She was playing like a 16 year old and the movie was made in 2003.

it's a cute scene, and there is also a couple decent barefoot shots of her in this movie plus some scenes wearing flip flops. It's true she was almost 25 in the movie and barely looked 16!
