Details. Did she say where she's ticklish? Her feet, ribs, etc. And who is she? I never even heard of her. I did a google search under her name and nothing came up
 
The tall dark haired crazy as hell acting (when she's drunk) cute girl that was on the first few seasons of the CMT TV show "Party down South". If u Google party down south, then look for "Maddy", you should find her pretty easily.
