Maybe the most ticklish I ever saw

I wonder how she would handle being locked in stocks with each foot being scrubbed with a brush.
 
Is this considered to be unusually ticklish? This is exactly how I'd be compelled to respond if I were in her position, so I just would've said this is what being ticklish looks like. Is it actually off-the-charts ticklish?

I tend to agree. I think the post title is a bit exaggerated.
