But I do think people should be allowed to decide for themselves without worrying about being arrested.

Like Lily, I like a little edge play. I don't want to be carved up, but hey, if other people do, they should be able to make that call without fear of going to jail.

SELF - Mutilation...and Mutilation happening by the hand's of a lover are different.

I didn't post of SELF-mutilation.

I'd like INK please..Not a wound that could potentially kill me regardless of how into her I am, she doesn't know what the hell she is doing!

My point is simply that he asked her do this to him. He was dumb for asking someone who had no training in that type of play, but he did ask. So she doesn't belong in jail, lol.

Tattoos and piercings do come with risks that could potentially kill you. That is why they make you sign a waiver. Point is, you, as an adult, assess those risks and make a decision for yourself. The tattoo artist should not be held liable for an injury you sustain as a result of your decision to take that risk.

I agree Samantha, if one is going to engage in that kind of play know the risks and be sure of the person that you are going to play with.
