hi chums
my friend was recently involved in a little spring celebration by the pixies and sprites of the forest
well anyway, luckily for me, one of the pixies had her camera with her
this is, of course, the original use for the maypole... undress a ticklish maiden, wrap her up in the colourful ribbons, dress her in spring flowers (making sure to get plenty of tickly pollen on her) then tickle her all over with downy soft duckling feathers
at these kind of celebrations the pixies and sprites will normally take the form of bees and ladybirds and suchlike, that way if any of them don't get feathers they can still tickle by walking their tickly little feet on the maiden's bare skin
and i was glad to see the squirrel and hedgehog turned up this year with fresh swan feathers for her pretty feet
i am guessing that they might have stopped tickling her by now, so she is most likely laying in the grass, all sparkly eyed trying to stop laughing, being fed sips of dew and nectar from bluebell blossoms
i love spring
peace
bloke
