One of the best I ever heard was from a girl in college who I was studying with. She was cute, and though I had know her for three years, the thought never occurred to me to tickle her. It just so happened that she was sitting at her desk bare foot and I was laying on the floor near her in her dorm room. Her legs were crossed and her foot was near the note book I was writting in. Looking up I decided, on impulse, to tickle the sole of her foot with my pen. She suddenly shreiked and said "Yes do that, please!" I said "really?" and she begged me "please, please tickle my feet." I happily obliged and tickled her feet for I think about 30 minutes.

Here are some of my favorite things to hear from a 'ler:

(When he tickles me for the first time) "Uh-oh.... I think someone's ticklish!" or "You're not ticklish, are you?"

(When I'm being stubborn and don't want to laugh out loud, but I'm obviously squirming and trying to hold my breath) "You can only hold it in for so long... eventually, I'm gonna find the spot that gets you to giggle."

(When being playfully tickle interrogated for some piece of information) "We can do this the easy way, or the hard way." (and when he says "the hard way" he grabs a hold of a spot that he KNOWS is insanely ticklish.

(When my 'ler has me laughing hysterically and begging for him to stop tickling he plays dumb and says) "What's the matter? This doesn't tickle, does it?" or "Oh, c'mon, it's can't tickle THAT bad!"
