Mention of Tickling in Fallout 3 but not quite human tickling

I only post this because its a mention of tickling in a mainstream medium. It requires a little explaining as well. In Fallout 3 for PC/Xbox360 if you find a place called Oasis in the Northwest there is a half human half tree character named Harold who tells how he had a tree grow out of his head after coming in contact with a "green goo". Eventually the tree consumed him and made him take roots in the Oasis. Harold mentions that his body parts are spread throughout the caverns underneath the Oasis and that he can feel things "tickling him terribly" down there.
There you have it, tickling in Fallout 3, not exactly something for anyone to rush out and grab it for the tickling but its a cool game nonetheless and I recommend it whether there was tickling or not.
