But I think you proved his point right there. It's a shame how the mods have taken it down, because the funny thing is...MANY members of the forum feel the same way.
I was just impressed how accurately Mike nailed it.
While I may not agree with his side of things on the Tyra topic...the renfields refference...Dead on. God forbid anyone post a slightly-less-than worshipping posting about a video producer. They would get flamed to no end!
I guess if you want to be heard on this forum, you have to kiss everyone a$$...lol.

i won't sit here and tell you how wrong you are, cuz i'm sure someone will get the opportunity to drop by and say it.

i have seen many postings in my years on the forum on how different producers suck. be it realtickling, Skylrata, A.N.A., i have seen each and every one of them get told how their product isn't any good. guess what? no flame war ensued. the great thing is when people post criticism instead of down-and-out negativity (like mike21, a.k.a. tickle_fetish, has done before), which helps producers rather than hurt them.

and lemme tell ya, there are plenty of people on this forum who have been heard, myself included, without having to kiss ass or be an ass. only thing Mike was dead on about was his inability to cope with reality and read more than a few words in a post.

Well Cloud....we can agree to disagree....and whatever right back at ya.

Eeeeeeeeeasy Quinn.....I'm me and thats all i am. Mike is mike. Why do I only have 2 posts, well, I lurk, I admit it. And when I see something I like I watch it then move on.

But Quinn, your observation leads right into what I was saying...and Mike too. I'm not bashing producers like Cloud says I am...all I'm agreeing with it Mike's observation of how fast people are to jump in and say..."Oh that was wonderful!" It's hysterical.

I've bought a lot of clips in my time, and when I see one that i don't like, I simply dont buy it....thats it. but If you had the chance to read Mike's post before it was taken down, he pretty much nailed that part on the head. It seems like this forum has a LOT of people who just like to post to ..well...see their own posts....does that make sense? And the funniest ones are those who suck up to producers.

C'mon....if you wanna sit there and say you've never thought this....I'm gonna say...thank you but I just dont buy it.

With that being said....I'll drop it. I wasn't coming to start flames, I was just curious why the post was taken down. I've seen a LOT worse stay up for a long time.

since you've clarified your position, i'll apologize. the way you worded things sounded like an attack (since ol' Mike mentioned Renfield in reference to me). however, you have to look at things differently and see who's opinion is really honest, and who's is just derogatory.

chances are, the Tyra thread was removed since the majority of it had moved wayyyy off topic. i'm as guilty of that as anyone else who had gotten into a war of wits with mike.

i'm sure, once the show DOES air, there will be a whole new thread, and a certain someone will be back with the "I TOLD YOU SO!" banner.

The thread in question was removed initially because a cleanup of the much longer and violation-ridden Tyra Banks thread was in progress. While we were examining that thread it was concluded that the best thing was to keep discussion of it closed until we figured out what had happened. What we discovered is that user Mike21 initiated and propagated a long an GR-ridden flamewar with multiple members, insulting almost everyone who posted in the thread, especially those directly responding to him. We later discovered that a poster purporting to be a former Tickle Abuse model and divulging that, put simply, she had had a very bad experience with them was a sockpuppet created by Mike21. The TMF will not tolerate slander against anyone, be it a producer or "normal" member, and the user and his mule accounts were all banned. The cleaned up Tyra Banks thread has been returned to Tickling Discussion.

I wish to emphasize that we do not forbid users from expressing displeasure with producers. Robace and Viper had an exchange on the latest edition of Robace Radio that illustrates our attitude quite well. Rob said something to the effect that the producers are here for us and are always looking for feedback, positive or negative, on their material. As was implied, a businessman or woman who neglects his clientèle will soon find himself out of the business. We never will censor members who express an "non-glowing" opinion of a producer or their work. What we will ALWAYS take action on is the expression of opinion that violates the Golden Rule or any other TMF rule. Member status is irrelevant; if you flame a producer you will find your post gone just as if you had flamed any other member. Creating false accounts and impersonating someone to slander anther member will see your post(s) gone that much faster.

I hope this answers your questions. I welcome any others you may have, although the PM system may be the best place to turn for such. 🙂

Frankly i found Mike to be more amuseing then anything and i suppose in some way a word or two he said made some sense but really it was slander and down right insulting everyone for his own pleasure.

the only thing Mike managed to do is entertain a great many of us with his antics and we all knew it would get him in trouble eventually and somehow someway he will likely find his way back.
