i couldn't get this clip to work could someone please explain the clip to me just so i see if it is worth me fixing it.

As for the clip itself, it's a scene from "That '70s Show" in which Mila Kunis shows off her toe ring to two of the guys (I don't watch it so I don't know who, one is a Latino and the other is wearing tinted glasses). There's no tickling, but you do get to see the tops of her feet briefly. Sorry for not describing it earlier.
