"The Library of Babel" is about a library that has every possible book in it, in random order. There is a fixed size: so many characters per line, so many lines per page, and so many pages per book. There are only finitely many such books possible and Jorge Luis Borges imagined a library containing them all. Needless to say, such a library would be much larger than the observable universe.
