"Bad URL timestamp" is what's written in the upper left corner of the screen. If someone could help, I'd appreciate it...

The link doesn't work, but it's on her Instagram stories. Unfortunately, I'm sorry, I don't think that's a ticklish reaction, I think she's just reacting to the dog licking her face. (clip attached below, maybe I'm wrong) She's a cutie, though.

Hopefully someone saw her in the Elmo costume, put two and two together and...... 😉
