It always bugged me how Batman TAS or other variations never had a scene of the Joker tickling a woman. As in like he kidnaps some stuffy librarian type, and hooked up up to a machine that tickled her feet, and saying something like, "you need a good laugh," and Batman has to find her location to save her.

I missed them. The only tickling I remember was Harley being licked by Heyenas.
