This is a solid card.I am most interested in the Werdum/Vera fight.They match up well for a great fight but I think Werdum's experience will be too much for ''The Truth''.

I agree Hughes' best days are behind him.
A couple decent events this weekend.I like the Dream 4 card but I am disappointed in the Crocop/Gracie match being called off.As odd as that match was it appealed a lot to me being a big Crocop fan.The fights I look forward to the most are the obvious Manhoef/Sakuraba and the Jacare/Miller fights but that whole card looks good.
I respect CC a lot, but this grappling match was a joke.

I am really looking forward to the Dream finals.Dream has put together some solid fights.It would be nice to see them build a solid HW division.
Kharitonov is rumored to be fighting bigfoot on the next Elite XC CBS event as well as the Lawler/Smith rematch.Those are two fights that actually matter as far as rankings.
Last I looked the UFC 86 card looked pretty weak as far as I remember.Rampage/Griffin could make for a GREAT fight but it doesn't really appeal all that much to me.
July 19th is gonna be nuts.I am going to my buddies to order the Affliction event then going to watch the UFC event afterwards.Both cards are looking great but the Affliction card is unreal.Last I heard Vernon White has pulled out so hopefully they will find an opponent for Lil Nog.Gonna be drinkin' a lot of beer that night.
Not to sound like Bas Rutten but I am nervous for the Fedor/Sylvia fight.WAR Fedor!!!

any opinion about Griffin's controversial win over Rampage ?
I think the main controversy was the judges scoring.I believe Forrest won the fight.My view of the fight saw Rampage landing fewer more powerful punches,Forrest landing more less devistating shots but what I thought won the fight for Forrest was the fact that he was the aggressor throughout the majority of the fight.Rampage seemed hesitant,I don't know if it was Griffin's style,the long lay off or the big leg kick in RD 2 but he didn't look himself.I am curious to see who the UFC will give the next title shot.
On another note,looking forward to Affliction,UFC,and Dream 5 this weekend.

Any thoughts on Arlovski/Barnett?I'm psyched for this fight,it's hard to lean towards anyone in this match up.First thing that comes to mind is that they have both been ko'd by Pedro Rizzo,despite the fact that Barnett returned the favor.I'm on the Arlovski wagon for this one,hoping he can pull it off.Much respect to Barnett but he is a cocky bastard.

Pretty decent card.St. Pierre/Fitch on paper has potential to be a great fight but who knows how it will play out.I hope GSP wins so we can see GSP/Penn possibly in Dec.
Herring/Lesnar should be entertaining.Big props to Lesnar if he wins but I don't see it happening.Herring is tough as hell but just doesn't perform well against top ten fighters.Lesnar is no Fedor,Crocop,Nog so I don't see him beating Heath.
Kenflo/Huerta should be great as well.
A fight that just popped into mind is kongo/Lesnar.I would like to see how that fight unfolded.Maybe we should wait to see how the two do tomorrow night.
