I swear to god I had the same idea yesterday when I was in the chatroom, about the questionnaire, for the TMF. Think about it ladies: you fill out the questionnaire with all the most common asked questions, and then when guys start bombarding you with questions, you just refer them to the questionnaire. Some people are not into self maintenance. It's unfortunate, but true. Where feet are concerned, even more common especially if she has not been with a person into foot fun.

I have been with guys that are cute, professional and yet are clueless about using a "trimmer" let alone getting pedi's...

My advice, give her a gift cert for a pedicure, and tell her how beautiful and soft her feet are after that. I would never expect a guy to nibble my toes if they were not soft, squeeky clean, etc... same for tickling sweetie.
