More feet in TV advertising

Hi all,

as a foot tickling fan, I have noticed that there are loads of female feet in advertising in the UK at the moment. I'm not just talking foot care ads/shoes etc, but it seems to be in any type of product ad.

The E45 cream ad shows a little boy tickling his mum's foot with the cream on (I bet that's torture!!!)

A lot of sofa and bed ads have bare feet in. One of the best is a beer ad (can't recall the brand) where this woman is blindfolded and tied to the bed. A dog comes in and starts licking her feet and she giggles (obviously thinking her BF is doing it, but he's in a bar drinking the branded beer!) Choosing beer over tickling the sexy feet of a tied woman? What a waste!!!

the sofa adds were always a bit of a turn on when i was younger especially as the model was sometimes laughing as if she was being tickled bv the invisible man, i guess the ad industry must have its fair share of fetishists and it must be a damn site easier to work bare feet into an ad for a leather three piece or washing powder than say an overwhelming urge to spank nuns with a wet kipper

Back in the seventies, there was an ad for Vaseline. This little boy was going around to each of his family members, asking each of them what they were doing. They were each doing something using Vaseline (though they failed to show one of its more celebrated uses! Oh well, better lubes for that particular purpose have come along since...). Anyhow, the boy asks his teenage sister what she's doing. She explains that she's putting vaseline on her "beat-up feet" which got that way from a whole day of her going barefoot. The boy reaches over and tickles his sister's foot, and she giggles. My jaw dropped when I saw that! Alas, Youtube doesn't have that particular vintage commercial on hand!

I know the vaseline ad is a lost cause but i would love to see the e45 commercial. is there any way to do that? if not could you go into some detail about it? thanks. much appreciated.

Hilarious!

But I've noticed this a lot more here too. Commercials are getting a bit more sexual, more hands on, a lot more skin showing.

I'm not at ALL complaining. 😀
