Yes as you say I'm not available sometimes and I need to delegate some shoots to my friends.

Je comprend tout à fait et pour être franc j'aimerais aussi me faire plus discret et laisser les filles se chatouiller entre elles d'ailleurs je le fait dès que cela est possible mais le problème que j'ai c'est qu'elles ne savent pas en général chatouiller efficacement tandis que j'arrive à générer pour ma part des réactions ou bien à leur faire péter les plombs parfois.
Comme j'essaie de vous présenter des tournages avec des filles le plus réactives possible je suis malheureusement souvent obligé de les chatouiller moi-même. D'ailleurs comme vous pouvez le constater lorsque je délègue ça fonctionne moins bien.

Bonjour,ok comme pas de réponses aux pm, je pose la question ici: faites vous signer des contrats pour utiliser l image des personnes que vous filmez et prenez en photo

Non c'est que je n'ai pas tjrs le temps de répondre à tout, je suis un peu débordé parfois il faut aussi le comprendre, oui je fais signer des contrats aux modèles pour utiliser leur image bien évidemment.

eh bien merci de la confirmation. .Houlà c'est super compliqué donc faut être soit free lance ou auto entrepreneur pour faire des fiches de paie..Y aurait d'autres trucs d'un point de vue légal encore à savoir pour éviter des ennuis? faut déclaré à l'urssaf quoi? sinon soit vous ou bien le modèle se fait choper pour rentrée d'argent non déclarée
je comprends l'occupation surtout que frenchdangling2 est sur le retour...

Je ne suis pas convaincu que le TMF soit l'endroit pour exposer toutes les modalités de la création d'une entreprise et des différents statuts.
Renseigne toi auprès d'un cabinet comptable si tu as ce genre de projets ce seront les plus informés pour te conseiller en fonction de ta situation et de ton chiffre d'affaire.
Concernant Frenchdangling merci de ne pas faire la promo à ma place, il me semble que si je n'en ai encore parlé nulle part c'est que j'ai surement mes raisons non ?
