um, i personally don't think hair color and freckles have anything to do with it lol although girls with freckles are kind of adorable and fun to tickle. 😛

It is in my case (more ginger than red) a doctor told me that red heads have a lower pain threshold.

I'am extremly ticklish and have wondered if we are therefore more sensitive.

From my own experience, redheads with freckles tend to have very fair skin. Thus, they avoid the sun and general outdoorsy activities, making their skin very light and soft. So I would say possibly they are more ticklish than others, because their skin is so soft, but maybe I'm wrong. 🙂

Yes I do. I've dated several red-heads and every one of them was not only ticklish, but SUPER ticklish with really sensitive skin.

Meh, I dated a redhead once who wasn't all that ticklish.

Now African-Americans...don't know why, but they are SUPER ticklish. I can't even give a Black girl a shoulder massage without her becoming a giggling, quivering mass in my hands.

red heads

I remember 3 different red heads I had met ( each with unique and interesting peronalities) that were unbelievable ticklish. A Qtip along the soles, underarms, inbetween the toes, tummy caused hysterical laughter.
So when I see a red headed woman I wonder ...... Though this isnt to say all red headed women or fair skined are ticklish.
