ya i do agree with your comments it was a goofy idea but i think isabeau understood what i was kinda after in the sense of it being innocent fun, ofcourse the whole idea can backfire and get a roudy discussion blooming.

There is nothing about threads like this that breaks any of the Forum rules, but from experience I can give you a little advice and tell you that it's not the best idea. I truly believe your intentions are good, don't get me wrong, and I understand where you're coming from. Unfortunately, the nature of online communication in our day and age AND the nature of the various circles of friends here pretty much guarantee a poluarity contest, and as mentioned above, hurt feelings.
One of the good things about the concept of "hiding behind a screenname", for lack of a better term, is that we get to know each other as people before we know what they look like on the outside. Yes, we have a Member's Pictures section, but what I try to do is interact with people for awhile before I even look there. I'm not saying this is right or wrong, it's just my personal way.
If this thread does get rolling, people...please keep in mind that there are circles of friends here and no one should feel hurt by ommision. It is far more important to be secure in yourself than to be comparable to others.

I think everyone here is beautiful!!! This is the only place where I can go where people don't think i'm friggin crazy for having a foot and tickling fetish. Great to know there are others who feel the same. I have been a lurking member for a long time, but just had to comment on this one. Keep up the good work TMF and thanks very much!
