Most marriages would be saved with a little tickling

Seriously....I know nobody who would want to be tickled after work! Literally everybody I know wants at least an hour of peace, quiet and relaxation after work, including me and my husband.

Playful or not, I would consider being tickled every day after work just ennerving...

I must agree with this. No, I'm not married. And no, I don't work. And lastly, no I'm not a lee. But I am a full time college sudent and when I get home, I want to be left alone. Not from tickling, because I'm not ticklish but from everything. I don't even like people talking to me sometimes. I lay down on the couch or whatever and rest for a little bit. Sometimes I get online.. and I have been known to tickle people sometimes after I get home from school.. but usually I'm just too tired to be bugged by stuff like that. And I doubt that'll change when I get married. I won't like come home and immediately tickle my wife. I may lay on her lol, but I wouldn't be all affectionate all the time as soon as I get home. And I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I don't think being playful with them every time they come home will help save a marriage. It takes alot more than that.

By all means hang yourselves.

Your posts are my favorite. 😀

Ok, so we're not supposed to feed the trolls.

I guess that's supposed to mean I really should ignore those of you

who make my point for me, yet again, taking up half a page with extended sigs

and nothing but snide innuendo. To stay "under the Radar," ---- Just. It's also called --- Malicious Baiting.

Congrats for being constructive contributors. Yet AGAIN.

Now, here's what works well...

Many nights, the spouse comes home from work literally hurting...sore, aching muscles, emotional fatigue. I'll give her an impromptu massage, palpate on the areas that hurt, and get her to RELAX. Sometimes, we'll hang and talk. Sometimes, we just...well, you know. And, there were times when we would just start tickling each other...and have a grand old time doing so.

For most people, a little TLC goes a long way. That's the bridge from walking in the door afflicted with the emotional and physical distress of a long, tiring day at work, and not desiring physical contact of any kind, to the sound of loving laughter resounding throughout the house.

I agree to a point hatter. I've come home from a hard long day,
and the man just didn't do shit, except stay out of my way and
drink his beer. I'm divorced now 10 yrs, lol. BUT,,,,, I've been w/ my
BF now that 10 yrs and its been great. He understands that tickling
me exhausted gets no where but, foot massage, a very slow tickle
to the point of it feeling soooo good but, yet tickles, gets me relaxed,
excited, and in a good mood, happy, thanking him 4 hanging in there,
frisky, lovey dovey,etc.etc. Tickling can be a good thing,(in a way)
all the time if,,,,,,,, u do it right,,and w/ alittle class.:cuddle:

That is indeed the better approach! Although there are indeed days when I just want to be left alone and not be touched at all because I am just pissed about what happend.
