Oh come on??? LOL "It appears" but doesn't mean she is unless you choose to contact the "girl" and ask her what her real age is, no?

I think people at this point know what the rules of engagement on here are and I don't think someone would post an underage child of tickling on here. It's down right pathetic and if they do it should be kept under lock and key if that's what they're into.
