Whom do you consider the most underrated tickler? I'm not talking about production quality or video quality but actual tickling skills... I feel that @BostonTickling doesn't get as much credit as he should as a tickler.

She is definitely a personal favorite. You don't see many ticklees from India, and she was extra ticklish
