One of my bondage drawings that turned out to be a tickle-drawing as well.

This is very well done! It's is a crisp, clean picture, simple and direct, with no extraneous clutter. The anatomy is solid, and the arrangement of the tickling feathers creates a fine illusion of motion! Not much fur for a furry: more a girl with mouse characteristics than an anthropomorphized mouse. I find this appealing... it's the approach to furries that I prefer.

When it comes to anatomy, I cheat 😀 I make VERY heavy use of reference photos. (With permission; getting permission from a photographer makes a good excuse to join Yet Another Paysite.)

And when I can't use a reference photo for some bit of anatomy, I use a lot of temporary guidelines and follow the instructions from drawing books wrt figure proportions. It's one advantage of doing the drawing 100% in CorelDraw.

As for this mouse-girl not being very furry, I tried to make a furrier version of her, but this one looked much better.
Another advantage of drawing entirely on computer is that I can do multiple versions of the same drawing - halfling, mouse girl, elf maid, green-skinned slave woman, etc. I also have a (gagged, non tickling) halfling version of this drawing, for example.

The lack of clutter is a matter making a virtue of necessity, I'm afraid: I suck at doing backgrounds. 🙁
