Moving to "The Land of The Rising Sun"

Well, I might be moving (yes, moving for good) to Japan. I have many, many friends there, as I have been there with my dad many times. His work enables him to travel all around the world. I ended up staying with one of my best friends, Tatsuha, for about 6 weeks out of last year. We were joking around, but we talked about me moving there and staying with him, until I learned Kanji and could step out on my own. Well, it's not a joke now, I got off the phone with him around an hour ago and we have decided to give it a shot. Im in the clear with my dad about the issue, and he actually opted to pay for the trip. I am prepared for it money-wise.... I love it there, it's so different than here in the States, and as stranges as this sounds, I feel more at home there, lol. Anyhow, it's definetly a bold step, but I kinda feel like im at a turning point anyhow. And for god sakes! IT'S ANIME HEAVEN! *ahem* ...anyhow, I feel very fortunate to have this chance. We are gonna talk again tommorow and discuss the details. Well, I was just so excited, just had to share! 😛 😉 😀

yes it is, Moses. To be honest I thought I would get more than a few dirty looks the first time I was there. I was greeted with arms wide open (literally) and youw ould be suprised at just how many of the japanese people speak english. It's set though....I'll be leaving the good ol' U S of A March 16th. I just know my friends will Irasshaimase me with open arms again! 😀

I hope you do well there, Kroke. It sounds very exciting, although I've heard it's hell trying to find an apartment there, let alone a house, but staying with your friend initially will be a big help.

I hope you can still visit the TMF from time to time. I always dug your animated GIF's especially the girl that swashes her sachet back and forth.
