Hello - whilst i have been accessing your free content for a numbr of months now i have never actually bought anything from you. This was because i thought there were no payment options availlable to me. However i was wrong!!! There is one solitary option availlable to me - however it onvolves you having to go to your bank or post offics to pick the money up in person. Hopefully this should be okay. I have tried to find other alternatives but this "money gram" service is the only one open to me. I have posted here for two reasons. Your ubiquitous existence on this site suggested that you might read this before receiving an e-mail and also i was hoping other memebers (without credit cards and check books etc. residing in the UK) have been able to pay for videos.

Actually i have not been able to send you an e-mail. I cannot find such a link on your site Jeff. If you are able to reply to this e-mail within the next 3 hours, i should be able to get the money off to you today. Otherwise i will be able to send it off to you tomorrow.
I need to discuss this payment option with you Jeff. Please will you e-mail me at [email protected] or else provide me with your e-mail address.

About this payment option - basically it involves me going to me post office, giving them some cash, them sending the money to a post office or bank in the area in which you live, and you picking the money up. You do not need identification to pick the money up - so long as the amount is less than £100 (=$150).

Perhaps you thought i was being sarcastic!! Not a bit of it ... i was merely thanking Jeff for his swift response.......
To be honest i was expecting a reply within 3-4 days, however, i received a reply within 3-4 hours!! You must admit that his commitment is pretty impressive........i hope you don't thik that i am trying to win his favour......merely an observation!!!!

yes he did send an e-mail to my address.
The reason for me thanking him is that during conversations with other customers of MTP, i was told that i should generally expect a reply after about a couple of days. Receiving such a prompt reply is a testament to the efficiency with which he runs his company.

Note: - i am in no way seeking favour from Jeff by inclusion of such generous compliments....well maybe just a little!!

Like I already said, I thought he was being sarcastic and sorta of an ass. Since I didn't see Jeff reply I figured he was. I thought he was saying something like thanks for nothing, since Jeff didn't respond. How would I know he emailed him? So all I said was some people has a job, meaning they always can't respond as quickly as you might want them too. No harm done, I misunderstood, Jeff emailed him and he was not being sarcastic or an ass, but mainly just thanking Jeff. Not a big deal here...

Mainly, it's no ones call but whom the post is directed to. Comments like that can lead to a deeper misunderstanding. Why dig a hole? If a post is not constructive or helpful in some way, then it's pointless and can easily sound hostile and may backfire on you.

I understand now that you were reacting to what you thought was sarcasm. Don't feel picked-on. This applies to everyone that feels a dose of backlash sarcasm out-of-turn will make things better. As they say, "two wrongs don't make a right". Let the mods deal with it, that's what we're here for.😀
