As I was listening to some tunes, I saw a pattern in what I was listening to, reflective, introspective, somewhat downhearted tunes like Phil Collins' "Every Day", "Harlem Nocturne", Enya's "Only Time", and Ben Folds Five's "Brick." I know that it's well documented that music can have an emotional resounding in people, but I just wondered if anyone else has noted a pattern in their listening lately.

yeah, kind of.

When I am about to weight-train I usually listen to some good metal, heavy shit! (Korn, System Of A Down, Ramstein etc)

But songs which enhance my emotions include Fear Factory - Timeless, Nirvana - Come As You Are and Queen - We Are The Champions 😉
